Mariam is a content creator, coach and entrepreneur building a personal brand rooted in authenticity, faith, community, and realistic lifestyle content. She first built an audience online through her honest conversations around plus-size modest fashion, motherhood, and everyday life as a hijabi woman. This project focused on shaping Mariam’s personal brand into a strong foundation that could support the launch and long-term growth of her upcoming brands and events. The goal was to create a brand experience that felt thoughtful, elevated, emotionally connected, and community-driven from start to finish.
Together, we worked on mapping out the bigger picture of the brand: her positioning, audience psychology, launch strategy, customer journey, content direction, and overall online presence. We discussed how to warm up her audience before launch through storytelling, behind-the-scenes content, and documenting the process of building the brand in real time. We helped guide the strategy for her pre-launch marketing, email marketing, website direction, and content ecosystem so her audience would feel emotionally invested in the journey long before products became available.
